Description: Job SummaryTrilogy Financial is looking for a CRM and Data Administrator for the Qualified Planning Department. The Retirement Plans Administrator serves as a centralized resource to the Retirement Planning team, which ultimately serves our advisors and their clients regarding overall business retirement plans. This may include supporting the Qualified Plan Team's data input and data management needs, assisting the department in the ongoing compliance for retirement plans, helping produce quarterly and annual reporting, project management, and use of multiple external tools and databases. This position may require moderate contact with internal staff to provide retirement plan and project updates. Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Maintain retirement related database, including fiduciary file and compliance.
  • Assist in performing due diligence on investment options on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in performing due diligence on plans for annual plan compliance reviews
  • Ensure appropriate department and compliance standards on plan documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of business development ideas and data.
  • Partner with the Retirement Plan team to keep fee benchmarks and other items up to date for client reviews
  • Work with our advisor team to identify retirement plan data and information needs and assist in executing identified solutions.

    • $24.00 - $27.00
    • Hourly PM21Requirements: Requirements Minimum Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree is preferred
      • No experience required
      • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Preferred candidate has experience in managing data for a CRM. Experience with Salesforce/Practifi platforms is a significant bonus. Skills Requirements
