Job Description:

We are currently seeking an AP Specialist for a direct hire position for a company located in Orange. This position will be working onsite. - -Pay up to $26 per hour. - Company has excellent benefits.Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

• Will be processing the full cycle AP, including 3-way matching and purchase orders
• Process vendor bills and property code all the AP transactions -
• Prepare ACH's, check for disbursement
• Vendor management, reconciliation, research and discrepancies
• Scan and attach all invoices into the system
• Ensure all bills and credits are handled in timely fashion to ensure any discounts
• Process the monthly expense reports
• Credit card payments
• Assist with the month-end close processAccounts Payable Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full cycle AP experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills (must have vlookup and pivot table experience)
