• Research, reopen and/or make outbound calls to customers consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
• Create and monitor payment plans consistent to up-to-date Business Rules
• Report daily statistics on all payments processed
• Assist Call Center Customer Service Representatives with escalated customer calls
• Meet with customers in person in the Service Center to discuss accounts and/or violationsWhat You Bring to the Role
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Customer Service and Call Center Experience
  • Knowledge of California collection laws
  • Basic understanding of California Vehicle Code sections relating to toll roads/bridges
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
