get consolidated invoices, and choose monthly terms, among other
benefits.Location: Irvine, CA (onsite role)We are seeking a
marketing professional with superb inbound lead and demand
generation skills to help establish and grow inbound lead
generation activities. Working closely with the Director of
Marketing, you will take ownership of creating, managing, and
optimizing organic and paid lead generation campaigns. You will
directly contribute to growing the company's customer base by
nurturing leads and ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales
team.Experience and Skills:Demand generation specialists have
experience creating, managing, and optimizing organic and paid lead
generation campaigns and nurturing those leads for
sales.Responsibilities:
- Managing LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads from new
businesses interested in our products and services.
- Leveraging other paid advertising and social platforms to
generate qualified leads from new businesses interested in our
products and services.
- Working with lead and demand generation platforms to establish
alternative inbound lead generation.
- Designing an optimized customer journey to help encourage
maximum receptiveness from sales once leads are ready to be handed
off.
- Identifying opportunities for content creation to enhance value
generated for leads during the customer journey.
- Evaluating and reporting on performance across lead generation
activities and establishing tests to improve performance.
- Regular cross-department communication to ensure a complete
understanding of needs and deliverables while establishing
realistic deadlines and due dates.
- Managing multiple products and determining priorities based on
the highest needs of the business.Minimum Requirements &
Qualifications (must-have's):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management,
or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing execution, with a
focus on lead and demand generation.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn
Advertising, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Strong B2B marketing experience with proven results.
- Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail,
and excellent time management abilities.
- Prior experience with social media advertising is a plus.
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through
inbound lead generation efforts.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and strategy to
enhance lead value.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing
