Job Description:

We are currently seeking an -Accounts Payable Clerk for a company located near the Irvine Spectrum. - This position will be working onsite and there is flexibility with hours.Great opportunity for a recent college graduate seeking to gain hands on accounting experience. - -Pay $22 to $24 per hour

Seeking someone with experience handling high-volume AP -
Position will be responsible for handling the AP for an assigned portfolio
Will input invoices into the system
Print the checks and get the appropriate signatures
Post the utility ACH"s and scan all paid invoices
Vendor support
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
