**Customer Care Associate*** 3 Parker, Irvine, CA 92618, USA * Full-time* Department: Customer Service**Job Description**Our Customer Service Associates work diligently to ensure that our customers receive efficient, top quality service that is reflective of our luxury brands. Our team members provide a customer experience that is second to none in our industry.While prior call center experience is preferred, it is not required. Instead, the ability and desire to work on a customer centric team, along with prior experience in a customer service environment, will be considered for this role. We offer full benefits day one of employment including health, vision & dental insurance, college tuition reimbursement, 401K, paid Holidays, and time off among many other great benefits.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** The Customer Care Associate fields up to 100 incoming calls per day in a fast-paced call center. Most of these calls pertain to verifying order status, stock checks, tracking orders and solving order discrepancies* The Customer Care Associate works as part of a team to answer any queries that come in through our website or via email. An associate can respond to 20-50 emails per day* The Customer Care Associate will support customers by arranging warranty orders for spare parts* The Customer Care Associate may serve as back up to other functions in the Customer Care team including Order Entry, Order Fulfillment and Technical Care* The Customer Care Associates are expected to learn and maintain basic product knowledge in order to assist customers in choosing appropriate products**Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED required* 4 Years experience in a customer service environment* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong service mindset is required* An empathetic ear and excellent active listening skills* Highly developed sense of integrity* Proven ability to model leadership behaviors consistent with our Code of Conduct and company values* Proficient PC skills with an emphasis on MS Office suite including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel* Good organizational skills, proven ability to multitask and ability to function in a fast paced environment* Must be flexible in hours and days to be worked**Additional Information**Fortune Brands' Global Plumbing Group (GPG) is a multi-brand plumbing business that is inspiring people by designing beautiful experiences with water.
