Merchandise Clerk is responsible for providing financial and
administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and
accurate financial and administrative
operations.Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESPerform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order
and receiving report) to adhere to established guidelines.Data
entry of invoices by following established procedures and standards
(speed, attention to detail and accuracy are highly
emphasized).Communicate with vendors and stores regarding
discrepancies.Maintain and file documents as needed.Other tasks and
projects as necessary.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position
