Job Description:


  • Field phone and website concerns, comments, and feedback regarding customer experiences
  • Assist with customer recovery including mailing Char tickets and or reimbursement
  • Analyze customer comments/concerns and provide feedback to District Managers and field to improve the overall experience
  • Request District Manager contact manager directly when needed
  • Summarize guest experience in the customer care services database to track concerns/comments
  • Communicate with Training on improving areas of the Call Center
  • Assist receptionist with answering incoming phone calls and breaks
    • Strong positive communication skills with Habit customers and Operations Team
    • Strong project management skills
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in all areas of work
    • Relationship-oriented, personable with demonstrated success in developing effective relationships with managers, staff, the public, and customers
    • The ability to be constructive and neutral in adverse situations
    • Team player who holds what is best for The Habit as their primary objective
    • Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic at all times
    • Proficient in business etiquette in all forms of communication
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and related systems
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment implementing exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage programs self-sufficiently


      Salary Range: $17.07 to $22.05 per hour + bonus eligibility. This is the expected hourly range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
