DescriptionIngram Micro is seeking a motivated and talented
Summer Intern - Digital Financing Engine to join us in June for our
10-week PAID Summer Internship Program! We are looking
for---ambitious college and university students who are ready to
expand their skills and apply them to meaningful work with a global
organization. Location: This role will be based in our Irvine,
California office. The intern who fills this role must be able to
work out of this office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the
opportunity for hybrid work. Program DetailsWe have internships
available across our various departments and locations throughout
the U.S. including Irvine, CA, Buffalo, NY, Fort Worth, TX, Joliet,
IL, and Carol Stream, IL. Unless otherwise noted - all internships
are on a hybrid format at the designated office listed in the job
description, and are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Our
program includes cohort activities such as learning & development
trainings, executive speaker sessions, group projects, and other
events.Important Dates
- March - May: Recruiters and hiring managers will review
applications, as well as reach out to candidates and make offers on
a rolling basis, with a goal of filling all roles by May
- June 5th - August 11th: First cohort start & end date (for
semester system students who start summer break earlier)
- June 19th - August 25th: Second cohort start & end date (for

role:
- Executing on OCM activities
- Stakeholder file management
- Training support for content creation and logistics for
training delivery
- Communications support
- Support documentation of change impacts
- UAT Testing
- Support on logistics for planning
- Documenting scenarios for test scripts
- Support collection of data and required info to report out on
testing
- Participate in testing
- Supporting the creation of Engagement Playbook
- Create presentations to deliver to countries w/ guidance from
Program Team
- Update playbook as neededKnowledge, skills, and/or abilities
you need to have:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program,
or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an
accredited college/university program.
- Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or
higher
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills

range for this role across the U.S. is USD $20-25/hour.The ranges
above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all
roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's
primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors,
in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and
responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant
experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically
updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range
applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay
generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and
midpoint) of a pay range.Please be prepared to pass a drug test and
successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check
that includes verification of vaccination status.Ingram Micro
