Summary
The Administrator, Port Operations Support is responsible for keeping track of consignment inventory at each GLOVIS and vendor locations. The primary function is to assist in organizing the billing and time tracking portion of the Parts & Service Department.
Responsibilities

• Billing and Time Tracking
  
  • 
    
  • Coordinates all service and parts issues between customers and the ports
    
  • Follow up on issues arising from development, inventory, ordering, shipment and OS&D (Over, Short and Damages) inventory
    
  • Port Installed Option (P.I.O) Inventory Coordination and Management (Installations, Throw Ins, Monroneys, Literature, Labels)
    
  • Liase with Hyundai, Genesis and Kia quality departments and our port processors to ensure organizational success
    
  • Monitor/Track/Manage Labor Time Studies/ PIO Installation training
    
  • Coordinate all service and quality issues between our vendor, customers and locations; follows up on issues as they arise
    
  • Receive and support incoming internal and external customer inquiries phone calls; emails and on site visits
    
  • Track and Monitor parts development from MOBIS; attend weekly MPA meetings
    
  • Coordinate attendance to all Labor Time Studies (LTS); actively participate in LTS development
    
  • Work directly with management to effectively approve; reject and or challenge final LTS prior to launch
    
  • Enter/Track and Monitor Installation PIO rates into ITMS for accuracy
    
  • Monitor PIO penetration rates and attend customer forecast meetings; Ensure penetration data is provided to Port managers

      Compensation Range
      $63,000- $72,000 annually
