asset - our people!Job Description: CoreLogic is seeking an
experienced individual who will manage the administration of
Salesforce as the enterprise platform. The role will be responsible
for managing Salesforce for one of the business segments within
CoreLogic while adhering to the global and regional governance
center of excellence guidelines. -
- Become the single point of contact and subject matter expert
for the business segment around their Sales, CSM, Marketing and
workflow/ticketing needs within Salesforce
- Work with the business segment on future needs and road mapping
of future phase enhancements and new modules
- Identify areas where the business can gain efficiencies within
their workflows and make suggestions on how to systemize within
Salesforce
- Working closely with executives within Sales, CSM, Product,
Operations and Marketing in the business segment
- Active participant in the current Salesforce Lead to Sales
implementation
- Train individuals or teams on Salesforce and best practices
that are tied back to business workflows and standard operating
procedures specific to the segment
- Work closely with the Salesforce champions team from the
business segment to gather feedback, manage issues or deploy new
functionalities
- Managing escalated support tickets to perform root cause
analysis, recommend remediation and deploy the fix
- Work closely with the broader Salesforce admin team and the
Technology group to determine whether the business or technology
should deploy changes in Salesforce
- Key stakeholder in the global and regional governance team
- Adhere to and be an advocate for standardization at the
enterprise level and building out of the box
- Proactively learn Salesforce , stay on top of future
releases/functionalities, work on certifications and understand
best practices on how to best build functionalities in Salesforce
Job Qualifications:Education & Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing Salesforce or CRM
administration for mid to large corporations
- A proven track record and deep involvement within a CRM and the
sales lifecycle
- A commitment to continued learning and staying informed with
new Salesforce tools, functionalities and best practices -
- Ability to collaborate, work with many business units and
translate business requirements into system requirements
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in an
evolving, dynamic organization that requires you to be nimble and
manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Proven project management skills including process improvement,
measuring, and monitoring results.
- A genuine enthusiasm for collaboration and bringing people
together to accomplish a shared goal.
- Proven ability to influence and execute on projects and
goals
- Salesforce experience required
- Development knowledge with apex class is a plusKnowledge and

- Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills;
ability to communicate with technical and non-technical
audiences.

internal customers and senior management. Annual Pay Range:92,200 -
