Job Description:

• Desktop Deployment specialists are responsible for Hardware deployments, Hardware reclaims, system diagnosis and basic asset inventory management.
  
• Job duties would include setup, deployment, reclaim and maintaining IT asset inventory stock of reclaimed and deployed hardware.
  
• An ideal candidate would have experience working in a Corporate IT environment, expertise in PC and Apple and their operating systems, basic troubleshooting of networking issues, and have exceptional customer service skills.

  Responsibilities
  
• Provide epic-level support to end users on deployed and reclaimed hardware.
  
• Support the Desktop team in identifying technical problems.
  
• Respond to email, and requests for technical system relocations.
  
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
  
• Manage ticket requests for user moves and system deployments as well as reclaims of hardware.
  
• Diagnose returned hardware and move to inventory.
  
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software.
