Job Description:
DescriptionWe're searching for a Call Center Scheduler to join
our pain practice. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 40
hours per week. Includes medical, dental, vision, and life
insurance along with 401K and PTO.
Responsibilities will include answering busy phone lines to
schedule clinic appointments and procedures in our surgery
centers.
Individual should be knowledgeable with NextGen and have knowledge
in medical terminology. Schedulers need to be familiar with most
insurance companies (MEDICARE, HMO, PPO, WC, and PI),
authorizations, and verifications.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills,
ability to multi-task, strong work ethics, and a great team
player.
MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
