Community Systems SpecialistSalary range: $65-85kOakmont
Management Group (OMG) is looking for a full-time Community Systems
Specialist - for a busy and growing company. Oakmont is proud to
offer luxury amenities and services to both active seniors and
those in need of quality assisted living and memory care services.
Oakmont currently operates 63 communities throughout California and
Nevada, with more communities in the new development pipeline.This
position will be responsible for supporting the operational systems
applications and the on-site associates at the community level.
Responsibilities will include managing the resident billing
accounts and assisting on-site associates with system adjustments
to ensure all billing is accurate. Prior experience in the
Multi-family industry is highly-desired.Why should you choose a

support of operations software which includes RealPage & OneSite.
Comfortable working in property management systems.Responsibilities
include working conventional tickets, systems administration,
troubleshooting system anomalies, determining root cause, and
escalating to vendor accordingly.Conventional tickets include
ledger and payment transaction troubleshooting, setting changes,
scheduled billing and ledger adjustments.Working closely with
community back offices to ensure resident ledgers accurately
reflect billing, payment, and other activity.Assisting communities
with adoption of electronic payments, entering scheduled payments
on resident's behalf.Other duties as assigned.Required Education,
Experience, and QualificationsIn depth knowledge of OneSite
application, ledger, settings, and workflow preferred and basic
accounting knowledge.Bachelor's Degree - preferably in a business
field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong
organizational skills and detail oriented.Self-starter, able to
work independently.Ability to adapt as department evolves to
support the business.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Oakmont
