You Will Be Doing
- Partner with executives and key stakeholders to develop and
implement digital learning strategy for the Enterprise Operations
Group employees.
- Grow a team of highly skilled learning designers focused on
developing innovative learning solutions to accelerate employee
skill building.
- Develop and utilize technical solutions to improve learning
experiences for employees.
- Expand utilization of data, video and gamification technologies
to increase employee performance, learning engagement and
retention.
- In alignment with Enterprise Learning Strategy, assume primary
responsibility for creation and execution of a 3-5 year roadmap to
achieve learning at scale and to drive down costs through
technology and digital learning experiences.
- Lead a team of learning and performance leaders who enable and
continuously improve learning and enable operational
excellence
- Assume primary responsibility for ensuring operational
excellence within Enterprise Learning by continuously improving
learning technology, analytics, and support capabilities,
automating processes and workflows to eliminate non-value add work,
and creating the conditions that motivate and empower learners to
drive their own development.
- Enable our ability to scale our culture of continuous learning
and create the conditions that motivate and empower associates to
drive their own development, enabling access to data and
information that develop their capabilities and improve
performance.
- Ensure performance-based learning by coupling modern learning
technology and learning analytics tools, integrating learner
assessment, learning impact measurement, data-driven
prioritization, and skill management across the learning technology
stack.
- Build a robust framework to manage the operations of systems,
processes, analytics, integrations, and content as well as vendor
and budget management to deliver learning experiences in a variety
of modalities.
- Oversee the evaluation and strategic prioritization of current
and future state capabilities in alignment with the Company's
transformation, making the business case for learning and
performance technologies, research, analytics, and support (ROI;
Cost/Benefit Analysis), managing system policies related to the use
of technologies, and assuming accountability for delivering those
results
- Oversee and manage content acquisition and divestiture,
including: procurement, RIM schedules with 3rd party content,
evaluation of vendor-created materials, professional designation
integration, vendor managementWhat's in it For You:

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Education,
Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related
field; Doctorate Preferred
- 10+ years in corporate learning, performance consultation, or
similar role: experience with operational training highly
desired
- Adept understanding of Learning Technology, Learning Analytics,
Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, and Modern Learning
Experience Tools and Methodologies; Brinkerhoff Champion
Certification a plus
- Proven experience supporting digital transformations,
identifying skills of the future and training programs / paths to
support development of new skills.
- Experience leading teams using Design Thinking and User
Experience Research Principles and Methodologies to develop
learning and performance solutions
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for new learning,
external partnerships. and performance infrastructure improvements
to yield measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to design and curate high-performance learning
journeys
- Proven professional facilitation and communication skills,
including ability to explain complex concepts to audiences with a
variety of backgrounds
- Proven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of
colleagues, employing diplomacy to achieve outcomes
- Proven ability to establish trusted partnerships as a
consultant to executive leaders, employing objectivity and learning
sciences to influence leadership decisions and achieve
outcomes
- Applied understanding of Systems Thinking, Root Cause Analysis,
and Problem-Solving Methodologies to recommend learning solutions
to complex performance challenges
- Proven ability to successfully manage leading multiple projects
and processes in a dynamic, matrix environment with a complex map
of stakeholdersAnnual Pay Range:100,300 - 150,000 USDCoreLogic's
