Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Accurately enters data into the Learning Management System (LMS)
and maintains hard copy records with meticulous attention to detail
for auditing purposes.
Provides compliance and eDMS status updates and requirements to
ensure data is current and accurate.
Creates and performs maintenance of standard processes and
procedures for eDMS and LMS administration across the

Identifies gaps in employee/agents training requirements by
analyzing training reports.
