If you're ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy your work, apply now for the position detailed below.The OpportunityThe Central Engineering Analog Mixed Signal - OPHY group designs advanced CMOS transceivers. Our transceiver consists of ultra-high speed VGA, CTLE, ADC, DAC and very low jitter clock generation and distributions circuits. Our groups designed and brought to market world's first single-chip 100/200/400 Gbps PAM4 DSP transceiver in advanced CMOS nodes.Job Responsibilities:The candidate will be involved in the design and development of state-of-the-art very-high-speed analog CMOS circuits. They will work with industry leading design experts and be responsible for all activities ranging from design to silicon bring up and characterization. The Company designs and manufactures high-speed communications integrated circuits. The candidate will develop CMOS ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers, equalizers, etc., with emphasis on performance, size and low power.

  • Understanding analog design requirement
  • Design, debug and simulate transistor level analog circuits using Cadence tools.
  • Develop layout floor plan and optimize layout with layout team.
  • Participate in design reviews and create design documentation.Requirements:
    • Candidate must be currently pursuing MS/PhD in CS/EE or related fields
    • Good understanding of analog design fundamental, including detailed transistor level design and control/feedback loop analysis.
    • A team player
    • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
    • Knowledge in Verilog/ System Verilog coding a plus
