Job Description***This position is full-time on-site out of

identity space. #Fintech Position Overview:The Partner Success
Specialist will be responsible for furthering partner relationships
while proactively delivering on retention objectives and developing
partner growth strategies with a focus on underperforming or
stagnant partnerships. The specialist will analyze overall partner
performance, recognize deficiencies, and identify intervention
strategies to achieve partner performance goals. Collaborates
closely with Sales Executives and Marketing team in servicing and
nurturing partner relationships. Job Duties:
- Responsible for onboarding of all new partnerships following
strict compliance procedures
- Will nurture and maintain client relationships working with a
team of 4 (Sales Pod)
- Identify Partner needs and when necessary, provide virtual
trainings and demonstrations
- Maintain and update CRM daily by entering all necessary
notes/data
- Conduct a weekly average of 30+ outbound calls while shuffling
through business partners ensuring all their business needs have
been met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Pod to meet business
objectives and provided recommendations to support partner
growth
- Analyze an array of reports with strong focus on partner
performance to identify deficiencies and create an intervention
planQualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or account
management
- Able to problem solve with little to no direction using
critical thinking skills
- Proficient management of the internal CRM
- Fluent using Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Slack and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
cross-functional team
- Flexible to jump from project to project, keeping tabs of most
duties
- Business travel as needed, potentially 1-2 times per year
