Monitors the security and integrity of data and reliability of database systems. Works closely with coders to ensure accurate codes are assigned into the trauma registry coding system. Will work with various transferring hospitals, EMS Agencies, coroners' offices, and other entities as necessary. Creates effective data reports for analysis, verification and submission as needed. Incumbent will ensure effective use of all appropriate computer hardware/software applications, including preventative and routing maintenance, and monitoring the security of data.
