Job Description:

OverviewThis position is responsible for customer data management, integrity and maintenance in the JDE and SAP Systems in support of the company sales efforts, territory alignment, order entry and contracting. The position will act as the primary liaison with the client organization with respect to customer data issues, order error reports and customer governance. Responsibilities include coordination with order entry team, IT partners and cross functional team members to resolve order related issues and training coordination for field teams. Responsibilities Maintains customer data in the customer management systems. Responsible for company local data set-up, including shipping methods, sales reporting category code maintenance, fee and backorder flags as well as the customer/product eligibility tables.Responsible for participating on the Regional Customer Governance Committee calls.Responsible for customer note maintenance in the JDE System.Responsible for the updates to the list of values in the JDE category code tables. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Territory Managers account in the JDE system.Responsible for monitoring and resolving the order errors table in JDE and maintaining the missing category codes report.Responsible for month-end reports.Meets as needed with field sales associates and sales management discuss agreement status.Responsible for supporting the field sales organization with training needs, sample order placement, eligibility inquiries and order troubleshooting.Supports product and marketing program launches as needed, providing subject matter expertise in the area of customer and system data management.Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management levelResponsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and proceduresPerforms other duties assigned as needed QualificationsBachelors Degree in a Business related field preferred. High School diploma required.5+ years of progressive experience in Customer Service environment with a focus on data management. CommunicationProblem SolvingDetail OrientationTeamworkMultitasking
