Description Required qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED High school diploma or equivalent required Or equivalent education/experience Preferred qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: Clinical training
  • 2 years Experience in clinical or healthcare disciplines such as previous Hospital or Medical office charge entry or medical records experience
  • Certified Professional Coder, CPC or COC, CIC, CIRCC -AAPC
  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) - American Health Information Management Association
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) - American Health Information Management Association
