Services we provide include background investigations, surveillance, statement & interviews, and other investigative endeavors. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: The Application Administrator will be responsible for analysis, configuration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform including Dynamics CRM and a customized Field Service application. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configuration (including UI / form development), security, reporting / dashboards, custom development including Field Service, web portals, data integrations, and CRM/SharePoint relationships. Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering and defining use requirements, user support related to the application and Power BI dashboard development.

Requirements:
Working with our IT Director, duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform systems administration, maintenance, development and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 including CRM and customized applicationsConfigure, enhance and maintain Dynamics CRM Field Service, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance applicationsImplement works flows and automation to create system and organizational efficienciesManage SharePoint and Dynamics 365 database Manage users and contacts including security roles and permissionsConfigure and maintain client, vendor and employee portals for Dynamics CRM applicationResolve user technical issues and provide support to resolutionFamiliarity with the following would be a plus:Custom CRM plug-ins based on needs identified by user base using C++, C#, and JavaScriptImplement and maintain Azure WebAppsIntegrations utilizing JSon, SOAP, XML and SFTPImplement management information reports and dashboards utilizing PowerBI, SSRS and FetchXMLKnowledge and Skills--- Dynamics 365 database administration--- Azure/Active Directory --- SharePoint Configuration and administration--- SDLC: Agile and waterfall processes, quality assurance, testing, bug identification and remediation--- Disciplined documentation--- Excellent troubleshooting skills--- Attention to detail--- Problem solver--- Great communication skills and user support--- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projectsQualifications--- BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree preferred--- HS Diploma, Associates Degree, or Technical Certification considered with work experience--- 3+ years working with Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure, and Active Directory--- Computer Security Experience/Certifications o Microsoft 365 Certifications The Frasco Application Administrator is eligible for Health benefits package, which includes--- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance--- PTO--- Paid holidays--- 401(k) Plan/company match--- FSA and Employee Discount and Ancillary Benefit Programs; the first of the month after a 60 day waiting period.
