Retail Assistant - Events Based No previous marketing experience? NO PROBLEM. We provide ongoing, PAID TRAINING to all of our new and existing staff. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, retail and sales support to assist us with our product drive as an event based Retail Assistant. This position is open to students, interns, graduates, and anyone looking to gain hands-on experience working in the retail and events industry. • Progression opportunities Job Description We are looking for a Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service and meet retail event based sales targets. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome at our events will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers are satisfied and receive the best deals available to them. Your role will include working with our customers at customized events throughout the region to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure company goals and targets are met. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Meet and greet new customers
  • Provide product/services information
  • Answering questions
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Go the extra mile to generate sales leads
