than 60 million dental claims annually. Client Services Specialist
Position Summary:As a Client Services Specialist within the
customer service team at DentalXChange, you will assist our dental
office clients with their questions regarding our products. This
includes issues regarding dental claims processing and the
credentialing of dentists with state licensing boards. You will
provide excellent customer service when answering incoming calls
and chats, leaving every dental office client feeling heard,
appreciated, and confident you've solved their problem or know what
steps to take to get there.This is an on-site position with the
hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm to start and minimal overtime.What You'll
Be Doing as a Client Services Specialist:Answer incoming calls and
chats from dental provider offices to address their questions and
provide prompt supportEffectively troubleshoot and manage support
issuesEscalate issues effectively and promptly to additional tier
level support if necessaryDemonstrate to customers how to utilize
DentalXChange products/servicesCreate notes and other documentation
to be used by the team based on support-related resolutionsMaintain
a high level of product and vendor knowledgeDocument each phone
call in the ticketing systemWhat You'll Bring to the Team as a
Client Services Specialist:1+ years' customer service experience,
preferably over the phoneProficient in Office 365 or other
Microsoft Office versionHigh level of comfort with using the
Internet and PC'sStrong listening, communication, and collaboration
capabilitiesDesire to always give excellent customer service and to
add to the team in whatever way you possibly canTechnical
support/Help Desk experience helpfulPrior call center experience
desirableExperience in a dental office also helpfulAA degree
