Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition
Specialist who will be responsible for providing tactical and
strategic Human Resources support by proactively partnering with
Hiring Managers on the recruitment and selection process of
qualified candidates. What You'll Be Doing: Life Cycle
Recruitment:
- Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned
positions, ensuring high quality candidate flow This entails
sourcing strategy development, sourcing candidates, oversee the
coordination of job ads, attending job fairs, assessment testing,
conducting quality interviews, evaluating candidates, negotiating
offers and onboarding hires. Partner and collaborate with Hiring
Manager to educate on recruitment strategies and ensuring
timeliness of filled positions. Develop direct sourcing strategies
within a larger community/network, continuously build and sustain
and high quality diverse candidate pipeline through external
postings and database mining. Ensure staffing practices are in
compliance with employment state and federal laws.Budget and
Metrics:
- Effectively manage the recruitment budget for each position.
Maintain accuracy in ATS to ensure relevant metrics such as number
of job openings, candidate tracking, time to fill, candidate
scorecards, etc. Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process which consists of: processing
background and reference checks, creating offer letters and or
employment agreements and providing the new hire with paperwork.HR
Support:
- Assist in employment brand promotion.
- Assist with any additional human resources projects as dictated
by the needs of the department.

achieving our goals.The Ideal Candidate: Education:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
with a degree in human resources, or a related field.
- HR Management Certification desirable. PHR is a plusExperience:
- A minimum of three years recruitment experience in a high
volume corporate environment, specializing in IT and Sales
positions.
- Experience in other HR functional areas is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Human Resources policies and Federal and
State laws.
- Experience with utilizing an applicant tracking system.
Experience with Halogen is a plus. Specialized Skills:
- Excellent customer service and negotiating skills.
- Personal computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
applications and HRIS.
- Strong planning and the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
