We are constantly working to innovate, and run winning campaigns for our clients while helping employees grow in their careers. We are quickly growing and have upsized offices twice since the pandemic hit. There are many opportunities for growth into management positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing winning marketing campaigns and growing spend over time. At Webserv we offer high performing PPC campaigns for our clients. We are a Google Partner and are passionate about paid digital advertising through search, social, and display. You, our ideal candidate, are a passionate advertiser that is results oriented. You have experience with google ads (required) and paid social (preferred). You understand keyword research, effective account structure, and have a focus on making your clients more money and experience achieving results. We provide all of the necessary tools and environment for you to succeed. Requirements Any PPC Experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to learn quickly and manage your time well Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time. Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management. Ability to quickly learn the ins & outs of new/different marketing software. Ability to communicate effectively with your team and your clients Roles and Responsibilities: Manage SEM/PPC Campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads and other search engine platforms You---ll be leading strategy, execution, and communication for multiple clients Conduct Paid Search Campaign Optimization tasks throughout the campaign lifecycle. (Keyword Enhancements, Keyword Bidding, Bid Strategy Experimentation, Ad-Testing, Geo-Targeting, etc.) Source, Pause, and Add Keywords/Negative Keywords as relevant to campaign goals (Brand, Non-Brand, Competitor, etc.) You---ll work with your manager and our design team to produce quick & quality results for our clients You---ll be the main point of contact with your clients and in charge of all communication Communicate with clients via weekly reports & phone calls as needed (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on their ad spend) Stay Informed/Continued Education on Best Practices and Upcoming Developments in the Google Search Landscape, to stay up to date of impending change (this is important - Google Ads is always changing something) Here's What Your First Few Months Will Look Like: For the first month or so, you will be training with our Director of Paid Search, and learning Webserv---s processes for managing PPC accounts/campaigns You will be expected to watch some training videos on your own time if you have no prior PPC experience After the first month of shadowing our Director of Paid Search, you---ll be given your first few clients and take the lead on client communication, technical execution, and account strategy Checkout our website: Powered by JazzHR i3wI7dTFMO
