Job Description:

Through our clearinghouse and secure web portals, we process nearly
200 million EDI transactions, consisting of more than 60 million
dental claims annually. Training SpecialistThe Training Specialist
is responsible for assisting in the design and development of the
educational and training material for new and existing employees,
as well as facilitation of new hire technical orientation training
and support with new hires and/or as necessary. In this currently
evolving role, the responsibilities will change/expand as
determined helpful/important by the Director, requiring the ability
to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities within

plusResponsibilities of the Training Specialist Plan, analyze,
design, develop and update online, instructor-led, blended learning
curriculumConsult with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure
training information is current and accurateAdminister courses on
the Learning Management Systems (LMS)Conduct training and
train-the-trainer sessionsAssist in maintaining the company's
Knowledge Base System and LMS contentWork with stakeholders to
assess training needs and develop approachManage content
development assignments and projects to ensure publishing deadlines
are metIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes and
operationsPerform quality control by conducting design reviews and
walk-throughs prior to rolloutPresent/critique creative concepts to
management as requiredComply with all federal, state, accreditation
and institutional policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality
at all timesOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications for the
Training Specialist RoleBachelor's degree with related training
experience preferred, or 2+ years of experience in an instructional
design role in which training was developed and facilitated.Working
knowledge of adult learning principals (ADDIE)Highly proficient in
MS-Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)Familiarity
with User Experience/User Interface related to instructional
designSome experience with LMS (Learning Management Administration)
administrationWorking knowledge of web technologies helpful, but
