Job Description:
Job DescriptionSummary: Responsible for performing secretarial,
administrative and related tasks of a confidential nature for
Executive ManagementDuties and Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support to Executives in an
accurate and flexible manner
- Schedule and manage the Executive's daily appointment
calendar
- Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements as required
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, special functions
and appointments
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and
meetings with executive staff members, Board of Directors, and
outside individuals
- Act as primary liaison with various departments within the
Bank; respond to inquiries and complaints related to the
Department
- Develop a working relationship with all levels of personnel to
accomplish department and Bank goals
- Compose letters and memoranda from verbal direction, dictation,
or from Bank policies and procedures
- Type and coordinate correspondence, reports, memoranda, special
projects, technical papers, and related material for thedepartment
as requested
- Receive and answer telephone calls, mail and visitors and
provide information in accordance with Bank policy
- Maintain records, gather and check data, as well as design,
format, compose, and edit a variety of reports Job Requirements: To

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required Skills:
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint,
Word
- Highly organized, , independent, self-motivated, and
flexible
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability
to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
