Job DescriptionSummary: Responsible for performing secretarial, administrative and related tasks of a confidential nature for Executive ManagementDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to Executives in an accurate and flexible manner
  • Schedule and manage the Executive's daily appointment calendar
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements as required
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, special functions and appointments
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with executive staff members, Board of Directors, and outside individuals
  • Act as primary liaison with various departments within the Bank; respond to inquiries and complaints related to the Department
  • Develop a working relationship with all levels of personnel to accomplish department and Bank goals
  • Compose letters and memoranda from verbal direction, dictation, or from Bank policies and procedures
  • Type and coordinate correspondence, reports, memoranda, special projects, technical papers, and related material for thedepartment as requested
  • Receive and answer telephone calls, mail and visitors and provide information in accordance with Bank policy
  • Maintain records, gather and check data, as well as design, format, compose, and edit a variety of reports Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required Skills:
      • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
      • Highly organized, , independent, self-motivated, and flexible
      • Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
      • Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
