Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an immediate need with our client located near the Irvine Spectrum. - Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with 3+ years experience with the full cycle AP process.Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Will be responsible for the match, batch and coding of AP invoices
  • Responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports
  • Handle the 2 and 3-way matching, including purchase orders
  • Coding of AP invoices to the GL and handled research and discrepanciesRequirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
    • 3+ years of full cycle AP processing
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and strong data entry skills
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with any large ERP system
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
