DescriptionACCOUNT COORDINATORHH Global Irvine is hiring a highly organized, energetic, motivated Account Coordinator to work as part of a team executing a wide range of client services- and production-related duties, within the scope of design & production of retail displays for our clients.The Account Coordinator will serve 2 main functions, both within the scope of design & production of retail displays: Support the Account Team in executing client services-related duties, including but not limited to: data entry & organization for client projects including job set up & invoicing, fielding & fulfilling customer order requests, customer service support during install windows around large-scale display roll outs Support the Production Team in executing production-related duties, including but not limited to: issuing Purchase Orders, ongoing follow up with vendors, managing logistics, maintaining order/inventory trackerWe are looking for an extremely organized and highly detailed individual who can handle multiple projects while working with clients, internal design & production teams, and outside vendors. The candidate must be comfortable & confident juggling a wide range of duties involving multiple teams. Ideal candidate will have customer service & project coordination experience. Experience working in POS production or sales (permanent or temporary displays, print, digital) a plus, but not required. Candidate must be pro-active, flexible, and eager to learn and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, organize, document, and communicate key project details at the request of Account & Production teams to ensure client requests and projects are delivered flawlesslyManage & act on daily communications as a liaison between the client & internal teams, including receiving & organizing incoming order requests with a significant amount of detail & urgencyCollaborate with internal Design, Client, & Production teams to achieve optimum resultsProvide administrative support for Account Manager & Project Manager, including daily correspondence, data entry, order processing, & managing invoicing process/documentationREQUIREMENTS1+ year of direct client interfacing experience1+ year of project coordination experienceLearn and navigate proficiently in our job control software & client e-StoreStrong communication skills with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and vendors via telephone, email, and in personExceptional organizational skills and ability to multitaskOutstanding attention to detail, thoroughness, and dedication to excellent results in abbreviated timelinesExperience excelling within fast paced, high energy environmentsHighly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel & PowerPointBachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of retail displays, manufacturing, or print production a plusYour resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team and we'll reach out to you directly if there's a fit.
