If this sounds like you, please read on...About the Role: - - -ToughBuilt -is currently seeking an Account Operations Coordinator to join our team. -This -role will -be primarily -responsible for providing effective customer service by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. -This position is an order-taking, process-oriented position with heavy customer contact for resolution, pricing, and product information. -Responsibilities: -

Process customer purchase order data into Acumatica (ERP system) -Receive and process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, classified ads, or services such as repairs, installations, or rental of facilities -Communicate -price, item, and other discrepancies to Sales Teams -Manage -the operational set up of new customer accounts -Maintain accurate customer information in ERP and customer portals -(Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms) -Provide -ongoing customer support to assigned accounts (all customer support will be operational in nature) -Communicate -with 3PLs -(third party logistics) -to ensure timely processing of orders -Notify -appropriate department of order and shipping date -Notify appropriate departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies -Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts -File copies of orders received, or post orders on records -Inform -customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays; prepare -contracts; and handle -complaints -Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management. -Adjust inventory records to reflect product movement -Complete additional duties as needed -Requirements: -
3+ years of administrative and/or account management experience. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel -Experience with Acumatica, -Syndigo, Salsify, True Commerce, SPS Commerce, EDI, 3PL, and .com -a plus -CRM and ERP experience -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to prioritize and stay organized -Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment -Strong attention to detail -What We Offer: -We offer a dynamic and exciting work environment with medical benefits, 401K, paid holidays & time off and more!ToughBuilt -is an equal opportunity employer. -#LI-DNI
