Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all required documents to support stakeholders in multiple busines lines. Managing and resolving any concerns, problems, and documentation issues. Acting as an intermediary between all parties involved in mortgage loan transactionWork directly with stakeholders/various agencies and third parties to resolve, document, and perform exception remediation.Multi task in a fast-paced work environment with precision and accuracy. Position requires emphasis on sense of urgency, excellent service, quality, and efficiently meeting production demands.Research and execution of various strategies to accomplish remediation efforts.Driving profitability for the company by taking the necessary steps to mitigate insurability and salability exceptions.Utilize multiple online systems and other database management systems to process and prioritize work queue.Demonstrate effective communication (Written and oral) Resourceful. Independently and proactively determines most expedient and effective path of resolution.Be able to operate with high level of autonomy.Work well in a matrix environment.This position is on-site in our Irvine, CA officeResponsibilities:Redrawing of loan documentsReprinting of loan documentsPreparation of Lender Cover Letters and outward facing communicationSubmitting requests with outside vendorsTimely and consistent follow upReceiving and logging of documentationLiaise with internal parties, customers, and 3rd partiesSending documentation to requesting parties i.e., Insuring, Funder, Closing, GNMA, CelinkQualifications:2 years' experience in the mortgage industryMortgage Operations experience (JR Processor, Closer, Funder, Post Closing, Investor Delivery.The ability to work with othersHigh school or GED.
