Snackpass is building social checkout for restaurants. We believe
that in 5 years, restaurants will be entirely cashier-less.
Snackpass mobile order and kiosk are the next generation of the
in-store customer experience, replacing traditional registers. We
enable mobile ordering, group buying, and social rewards for users.
On our platform, restaurants grow their brand by converting offline
purchasers into digital followers, while saving on labor costs.
At over $60m in annual GMV, Snackpass is one the largest social
commerce platforms in the US, one of the fastest growing
marketplaces, and a top 100 YC company. We're backed by Andreessen
Horowitz, Y Combinator, First Round Capital, and Craft Ventures. We
are growing 7x YoY and we built this with a team of under 50
people. And we're just getting started. The environment at
Snackpass is high impact, fast paced, and empowering for everyone.
We are growing fast and looking for hungry and humble builders to
join us in any of our hubs (NYC, SF, LA) or remotely.
While we've seen the rise of online delivery apps, delivery makes
up less than 10% of the restaurant market. The rest - takeout and
dine-in - remains offline, anonymous, and on the verge of
disruption. There is a $600B opportunity to make offline takeout
and dine-in transactions digital, self-service, and connected, and
we're leading this movement.
About the Role
- Generate a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales
cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing,
following up, and closing
- Sell restaurants to join the Snackpass platform across our
suite of products
- Consistently meeting with and supporting our restaurants
- Develop and run promotional campaigns for restaurants to
- Partner with fellow Account Executives and Sales leadership to
share on-the-ground learnings
- Work cross-functionally with all departments at Snackpass
including Onboarding, Product & Customer Support
- Responsible for helping to build and drive Snackpass'
restaurant growth in the region
- Partner and empower restaurateurs every day
- Be the face of our brand to restaurants in the region
- You will fully own this untapped territory and build from
- You have 2+ years of outside sales experience
- You pride yourself on your relentless work ethic
- You have a knack for identifying customer challenges and needs
and partner with them to provide the appropriate solutions,
products or services
- You have prior experience with leading an end-to-end, outbound
- You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset
- You demonstrate creative sales tactics to engage with
- You display emotional intelligence, whether leading
client-facing conversations or partaking in internal meetings
- You are passionate about sales, the restaurant industry and
- You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools
quickly (Salesforce, Google Suite)
