Location: CA Based Remote
Reports To: Technical Service and Support Manager

responsible for the following:
-- --- - Schedule and Support 3rd party technicians to service
Parcel Pending Lockers
-- --- - Support Parcel Pending in ensuring Locker installations
are successfully completed
-- --- - Responsible for the customer experience at a property from
the property management team down to each resident.
-- --- - Provide a Great Customer Experience
-- --- - Respond promptly to on-site team--------s issues.
-- --- - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
-- --- - Responsible for onsite visits/ service calls when
-- --- - Perform other duties as required to support the success of
Required Skills & Experience
-- --- - Ability to problem solve and operate independently
-- --- - Highly Tech Savvy
-- --- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to
multi-task and adapt as priorities change
-- --- - Must work great in a team environment.
-- --- - Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to
communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person,
on phone and via email.
-- --- - Ability to communicate effectively in English and
understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal
-- --- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-- --- - Strongly prefer 1-3 years Customer Service background
-- --- - Salesforce CRM experience a PLUS.
-- --- - Minimum 18 years of age
-- --- - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
-- --- - Some College Preferred
-- --- - Eligible to work in the United States
-- --- - Must be able to pass a background check
