Job Description:
TITLE: Talent Acquisition Partner REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of
experience as a Recruitment Specialist &/or HR Specialist, HR
Advisor, or in a related occupation. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education,
training &/or experience is acceptable. JOB DUTIES: Responsible for building rapport with the department
managers to ensure their talent needs are met. Also, responsible
for the full-cycle recruitment of the I.T. Accounting, Food Safety,
Restaurant Maintenance, and Landscaping departments. Provide both
mangers and applicants with excellent service. Assist in the
coordination of the recruitment and selection process for new and
existing restaurant locations. This includes managing and/or
assisting others in all-pre recruitment efforts, developing school
and community contacts, attending job fairs, selecting
advertisement options, identifying and selecting interview sites,
as well as planning and organizing on site interview activities.
Involve in implementing companys new Applicant Tracking System by
designing the configuration of data models and workflows for the
