Redefine the future of gaming by building the tools and services
game developers need to bring amazing experiences to Luna
A day in the life
You start out your day by checking out all the latest games that
are available on Luna. You decide to try out a new game that's
using a new player mode you helped to create and get the high
score! You then work with your teammates on reviewing a design for
an upcoming publication feature. After a team lunch, you spend the
rest of the day working on service changes that allow developers to
better analyze their game's performance.
About the hiring group
Our vision is to create a world class developer experience that
allows game developers to easily bring their content to Luna. We
build websites, CLIs, SDKs, services, and analytics to ensure game
developers can seamlessly manage their games. If you've always
wanted to merge your passions for gaming, AWS, and developer tools,
this is the team!
As a Software Development Engineer working on the developer
experience for Luna, you will get to combine your passion for
gaming, AWS, and building great developer experiences.
The team you will be joining is responsible for a wide variety

developers to deliver great gaming experiences. We leverage the
latest technologies and languages including: ECS, Fargate, Lambda,
CDK, Docker, React, Kotlin, TypeScript, C++, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a good mix of distributed systems
in AWS, web services design, and experience building client-side
tools. You should also be customer-centric and have a passion to

As a SDE, you will have influence defining product features and
strategy, drive system architecture decisions, and spearhead the
best practices that enable a quality product. To be successful, you
need to be flexible and entrepreneurial, comfortable operating with
ambiguity, data-driven, and able to develop prototypes quickly.
If you have a flair for innovation and passion for solving
challenging problems, we need you!
