You will help take HCVT to the next level by sourcing and recruiting our future leaders!

As a Campus Recruiter on our Talent Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for entry level staff positions, internship, and leadership conference programs for multiple service lines and offices
  • Plan and/or participate in various recruiting events hosted by your universities and/or HCVT
  • Work with recruiting coordinators to ensure tasks/projects are completed in a timely fashion and work product is high quality
  • Help mentor & develop recruiting coordinators to achieve their career goals
  • Be a "Brand Ambassador" and promote HCVT's culture and values both inside and outside the office
  • Be the primary point-of-contact for candidates, accounting faculty, and other university staff involved in career placement of accounting students
  • Develop relationships with your hiring managers and work closely with them to develop an effective recruiting strategy to win talent and to achieve diversity and inclusiveness on their teams
  • Serve as the main contact for potential candidates - communicate status, answer questions, coordinate follow-up meetings, and get candidates through the on-boarding process
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens and make recommendations to move candidates forward
  • Partner with internal client service professionals to represent HCVT on campus and educate them on key recruiting principals and HCVT's recruiting policies and procedures
  • Help create new or modify existing programs/processes to grow our talent pipelines
  • Recognize market trends and leverage this knowledge to position HCVT as an employer of choice

To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to other HCVT offices and campuses as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive with a team-player attitude with proven people skills
  • Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlines
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box
  • Must be able to work over-time, especially during high recruiting seasons
