Job Description:

Do you enjoy utilizing your interpersonal skills on a daily basis? Does aiding in the success of others bring you a sense of achievement? If you said yes, then you would be a great fit as an Agent Success Consultant for our real estate tech company.

This is a new position is post-sales department with a focus on quota, transactions and renewals. This role can earn commissions, and bonuses, with earning potential between $44k and $65k++, and growing! the commissions are uncapped.

What you will do:

  • Work in a collaborative work-environment with current high producing clients
  • Be apart of a post-nurturing sales department, where you will aid agents in how to better utilize our platform, so users may transact or be on the road to transacting
  • Provide in-depth support and solutions to clients to gain more value out of our product
  • Resolve issues brought up by clients by making quality decisions based on expert knowledge of the product
  • Interact with agents via email, phone, webcam, and/or screen sharing
  • Find and report transactions
  • Sell renewals

What you need:

  • This position is open to applicants from outside the organization and current employees in good standing (i.e. Not currently on a write-up, probation, etc..)
  • Has a track record of sales success
  • Detail-oriented
  • Possess strong organizational skills
