Summary

Looking for energetic, self-motivated with great people skills to help resolve customers' problems and issues while integrating devices and modules into their devices and networks.

Responsibilities

Create elegant, usable, reliable and testable solutions to problems Look for practical ways to innovate in the IoT/embedded computing space Take pride in your work Write and document clear reports for issues found and solutions Write clear, readable code in multiple programming languages Work constructively with others in a diverse development community Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Education

The Minimum in Bachelor of science ins computer science or engineering Preferred: Master of Science in computer science or engineering

Experience and Competencies

1 to 5 years of experience in technical support environment including IoT products Great to have: IOT applications, Linux drivers, security, network, etc. Experience with embedded Linux and/or MS SQL Basic scripting IP networking. Highly needed VLAN knowledge Excellent organization skills, prioritization and scheduling of tasks based on dependencies and risks Has led major new initiatives and seen them through to completion (spearheaded for support?) Experienced and exhibits examples of excellent troubleshooting skills through completion Objectively participates in inter-office and customer meetings and business trips Wireless communication such Qualcomm, is a plus
