Mentor Worldwide LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an Analyst, Contract Management, located in Irvine, CA. Mentor Worldwide LLC, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager, US Commercial Marketing to be based in Irvine, CA. Mentor is a leading supplier of breast implants in the global aesthetic market. The company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative, science-based products for surgical and non-surgical medical procedures that allow breast surgery patients to improve their quality of life. The company is focused on two strategic areas: breast reconstruction and breast augmentation. MENTOR is the only manufacturer whose silicone breast implants are made in the U.S.A. For over 20 years, more than 5 million women have chosen MENTOR Breast Implants. The Analyst, Contract Management is responsible for offer development, contract provisions, terms & conditions review, implementation, and management for Mentor Worldwide LLC customer-facing teams. These contracts include, but are not limited to sales, evaluation, consignment, pricing, third-party agreements for IDN's, Hospitals and Government. The incumbent will support the review, preparation and execution of consignment contracts including data analysis. This individual will handle requests, support consignment initiatives, promotions and programs and data management including system data integrity. The incumbent will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations, Field Inventory Team, and Strategic Hospital Managers, and commercial leaders in the development and implementation of strategy, policies, procedures, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepares consignment contracts utilizing approved contract templates for GPO's, IDN's, Hospitals and Government, including amendments Prepares, reviews, and executes incentive sales agreements (ISA) for physician accounts and runs program Meets as needed and supports field sales associates, sales management, legal department, and others as needed to discuss agreement requirements, terms and conditions review Receives and processes consignment contracts, coordinates with customer support for order processing Monitors customer contract compliance as required in contract terms and conditions and makes recommendations to the commercial leaders, if contract modifications are required, in line with business strategy Works with JJHCS Government Risk Assessment as needed with respect to contracts for federal, state, and local government entities Provides reports and information to field sales associates as requested, can include contract information, sales history data, agreement status Supports new product launches and marketing programs, providing subject matter expertise in consignment contract management and execution Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level Provides training to commercial teams on consignment contracts, EZ order, and ISA program Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Support audits and compliance testing by providing information and supporting documentation Develop and maintain contract templates in contracting systems in alignment with approved contract strategies Maintain assigned SOPs and Work Instructions Data Entry using JD Edwards for consignment contracts Utilizes - to update records and submit consignment inventory - orders Performs other duties assigned as needed Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Contracting or related field Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Contracting, Sales & Marketing or Finance Management or related is required. Preferred experience in the healthcare industry. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to self-manage in a complex, time-sensitive environment Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment, effectively influencing, aligning, and building support across a complex set of stakeholders and leadership teams Ability to drive adherence to protocols and business rules Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet target timelines Ability to present detailed data in a clear and concise manner Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills Preferred: Proven leadership skills Strong analytical skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales / customer focused environment. Ability to present detailed data in a clear and concise manner Expertise in contract management Experience working with customer facing teams Domestic travel is estimated at less than 10%.
