Job Summary - Rare Opportunity
Our Irvine, CA office is seeking a Mechanical department lead /
Senior Project Manager: this person needs to be an industry expert
that can answer staff's questions, is somebody that's a good leader
that can effectively supervise a multiple people, is a dynamic
person people want to work for, and fits in with the fabric of the
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is
- 10-15+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer working
with infrastructure and/or building systems in the AEC / MEP
- Bachelor's Degree of Science degree in Mechanical
- Current Professional Engineering PE license.
- Experienced Project Manager to understand Client's desired
outcome as it relates to budget and timing and drive designs
communicating those deliverables within the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience maintaining
successful client relationships.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to lead
multiple-discipline project teams.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and train other engineers,
reviewing their work and giving appropriate feedback to ensure
- Significant sustainable design experience strongly
- LEED AP BD+C accreditation is highly desired. Well
Certification is a plus.
