Warmline Team:

The Warmline is an employee advocacy program for our underrepresented employees. The Warmline enables employees to have confidential 1:1 conversations with advocates focused on belonging, equity and career navigation. Employees opt-in to confidential conversations with advocates that range from thought partnership to helping employees navigate the appropriate available resources.

Role Description:

Warmline advocates live our core values in the work that we do to help our underrepresented communities navigate their career and sense of belonging at Salesforce. This is a hybrid individual contributor role that will be responsible for 1:1 coaching/thought partnership and internal career guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for weekly client caseload while working with the larger team to share insights, trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience. This advocate will also help Warmline clients find open internal positions aligned with their experience, career aspirations, and values. Our newest team member will partner closely with Talent Experience to leverage their tools, best practices, and reporting for internal mobility.

Your Impact:

This role collaborates closely with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Experience and other stakeholders in the Employee Success ecosystem. We live our Salesforce values through:

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Track, document and manage Warmline client cases from initial intake to resolution, escalating as needed

  • Share best practices, uncover insights and trends in your Warmline client interactions

  • Assess client capabilities to map to open internal positions

  • Coach clients to present themselves effectively for open positions

  • Connect Warmline clients to the candidate pool for open internal job postings

  • Manage or participate on special projects/programs requiring Warmline stakeholder input, as needed to facilitate an "1ES" approach

  • Evangelist of continued adoption of our evolving engagement model

Who would be best for this role? Someone who exhibits:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a career coaching/advisory capacity for professionals.

  • Familiar with industry trends & best practices regarding Diversity, Equity, Belonging & Inclusion.

  • Working knowledge of case management and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruiting and/or talent management experience.

  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced growth environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities and a constantly changing environment.

  • Ability to build relationship virtually and in person with Warmline clients and key stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation and executive writing skills.

  • Knowledge of fundamental talent management lifecycles.

  • Provide thought leadership in the domains of coaching career and development fundamentals.
