About the Job:

Lead the execution of the Taco Bell strategy to leverage customer data to fuel digital marketing and enhance the customer experience. Leverage Taco Bell's digital channels to support the overall Taco Bell marketing strategy.

The Day-to-Day:

Digital Product Innovation

  • Design, develop and deliver Taco Bell's approach to the generation, testing, and validation of digital products that drive digital adoption and support Taco Bell's overarching marketing strategy
  • Build the case for franchisee investment by modeling acquisition costs with long-term customer value and build rapport with franchisee leadership over time to lead the brand into the next era of marketing
  • Partner with the Marketing Calendar team by mapping out how digital layers support national promotions

Digital Growth Layers

  • This role will be responsible for increasing the growth and profitability of the delivery business
  • Lead & manage Taco Bell's presence on third party delivery aggregators to drive incremental sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Taco Bell presence on aggregator channels and partner with delivery providers to execute enhancements
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of third-party delivery optimization
  • Lead & manage implementation of aggregator promotions
  • Develop and maintain a "playbook" of best practices and tactics for franchisees to execute at the local level and serve as the internal point of contact to support these activations
  • Identify and provide rationale to recommend potential new digital growth layers to pursue

Digital Customer Experience

  • Leverage technology to enable and provide a best-in-class customer experience powered by new digital touchpoints and customer data by building collaborative partnerships with Digital Designers and Tech Product Owners
  • Partner with the brand activation team and external agencies to create breakthrough, culture-leading digital marketing programs

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years' experience in Digital Product, Digital Experience and / or Brand Marketing
  • Experience in multi-channel retail industry and / or franchised business a plus
  • Working understanding of A/B Testing and development of dynamic creative to support a rapid testing agenda
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to drive transformational change across the organization
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to develop product ideas, test concepts, build profitable sales programs to support the products, and interpret sales analysis/data to leverage for future projects
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity
