Job Description: Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and forecast cycles Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Maintain consolidated financial forecast and variance analysis Ensure that accounting records are consistent and accurate Oversee all general ledger accounts, accounts payable/accounts receivable and fix asset Prepare monthly financial close, financial statements and bank reconciliations for bank and credit accounts Manage all aspects of the annual financial audit process Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance Requirements: Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred Certified Public Accountant designation highly preferred Experience working in non-profit organization and/or real estate industry is desired. Experience with QuickBooks is required Strong knowledge of GAAP Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience REF# 37945
