If you are a job seeker with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to apply for one of our jobs, you will find the contact information to request the appropriate accommodation by visiting the following page: The Funder is responsible for determining and initiating loan specific documentation, communicating with prospective borrowers, reviewing loan and supporting documentation, determining loan closing dates and coordinating and interfacing with all required parties to coordinate and complete the closing process for HOA loans. This position requires significant interface with closing counsel, borrowers and other participants throughout the closing process. The incumbent in this position will be able to work independently to achieve intended objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determines loan specific documentation and initiates the collection of documents from prospective borrower.
• Collects due diligence documentation including all UCC searches and corporate entity documentation.
• Conducts due diligence, review, and approval of supporting documentation
• Ensures underwriting requirements have been met and Bank policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Reviews and determines that all documentation is complete and acceptable to the Bank; Coordinates document closing with Borrower/Title company/Escrow/Closing attorney
• Flood certification verified, (if applicable).
• If in Flood zone, Flood Acknowledgement will be sent to borrower for signature.
• Flood Packet is sent to Compliance department. Compliance has reviewed & approved in writing the Flood Packet.
• Ensures UCC fillings are filed
• Review attorney prepared loan documents or prepare internal loan documents
• Prepares funding package as required under the bank's policies and procedures
• Initial receipt and review of disbursement requests from Borrower, fund payment based on invoice documentation, validating conditional/unconditional lien releases (if applicable).
• Prepares Loan Request for Advance for draws and advances against loans; ensures the loan, project, and invoices are all in balance. Includes a summary/analysis with each disbursement request of the funds being requested;
• Maintains the electronic loan files QUALIFICATIONS
