TheseEquipment Coordinator jobs are temp to hire opportunities.For instant consideration for these Jobs, Apply Now!Duties and Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customers' capital equipment purchase orders. Also responsible for administrative and clerical duties, as related to their job function

• Manages in-house processing of customers' capital equipment purchase orders; includes reviewing the purchase orders and inputting information, logging orders tracking back orders
• --Coordinates order shipment to ensure products will be delivered prior to scheduled installation date
• Maintains close communication with salespeople, customers and service department regarding special order items and upgrades
• Creates reports that contain updated order and shipment information for managementQUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent required--REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: --- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and some PowerPointEXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2-3 years of equivalent office/administrative experience
