Interface with systems team to determine block specs and
Perform advanced RF analog circuit design in low-lithography
Oversee layout of critical blocks; iterate designs based on
Characterize and debug IC.
Determine necessary ATE testing
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
4 years of experience in RF/Analog Mixed-Mode IC design in deep
sub-micron CMOS (40nm and below).
Design and production experience with high frequency ADC
(Nyquist and over-sampled), DAC, LDO, Baseband Filter to
Proven Track record of completing complex designs on time.
Deep understanding of high frequency circuits.
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in Cellular (3G/4G/5G), Connectivity (802.11, BT/BLE,
GPS) or other relevant wireless standard
Experience in RF block design used in System-on-Package (VCO,
PLL and PA) and power management blocks (Buck/Boost Converters,
LDOs, sub-uA Analog)
