As a Product & Data Solutions Senior Manager, you will contribute to the team’s mission of developing and maintaining data products that make data available and accessible to North America Client Group (NACG) to facilitate data driven decisions. Your main stakeholders will include data scientists, business managers, technology groups and key business leaders. You will be a key contributor to the analytic platforms design and data preparation by providing direction to implement a robust, extensible design that supports key business flows. You will be encouraged to think out of the box and test the latest technologies.

You will support unifying data for preventative and predictive analytics. You’re a problem solverwho comes up with solutions to meet the demands of the most complex business questions and take a lead role in managing the end to end solutions of this process. You’ll employ the use of the latest technologies and apply them to tangible work problems. You’re a people leader who inspires your teams to do their best work as you promote an environment of inclusion.

Your technical foundation includes the regular use of open source technologies like Spark™, Delta Lake, MLflow, Koalas, TensorFlow and Python. You’re naturally curious and enjoy working on new business problems that you can exercise your creative problem solving skills.

What we're looking for:

You have a graduate degree in computer science, business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field.

You possess 10+ years of experience in a business product development and data science role. You’re experienced in database modeling and design in a big data context and have worked with machine learning models.

You are a doer, performing data science tasks including, data exploration, data collection and management, data transformation, modeling and development activities, and machine learning in a cloud environment or on-premise analytic.

Your technical skills include knowledge of advanced SQL and scripting for automation (e.g. R, Python, Perl or Ruby) experience with Hadoop or other map/reduce “big data” systems and services, Microsoft Azure, AWS technologies or competitor platform and reporting tools like Tableau, Excel or other BI packages.

You're an experienced people manager and passionate about developing and mentoring a team, creating an inclusive environment for all members to flourish.
