ExecutiveDirector, Integration Lead - Allergan Aesthetics
YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE… A Leader in Integration
Improvement. Youwill act as Global Allergan Aesthetics Integration
Lead. You will coordinateGlobal Allergan Aesthetics M&A
diligence activities for late stage /commercialized products,
coordinate planning and execution for integrations anddivestitures,
define transition services and identify Allergan Aestheticsowners,
initiate and track transitional services execution and cutovers.
Workwith AbbVie (parent company) Corporate Integration Lead to
ensure smooth acohesive integration with shared services /
functions across business units.
A Creative Strategic Thinker. Youwill support Allergan
Aesthetics External Innovation, operational excellence,and
continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU WILL: Workto improve Integration / Divestiture Planning and
CoordinateAllergan Aesthetics diligence activities (acquisitions
and divestitures) forlate stage and commercialized products
Gatherinput for, define and shape Transition Service Agreements
IdentifyAllergan Aesthetics integration and divestiture
functional leads, TSA owners
CoordinateAllergan Aesthetics integration related implications
to provide commercial dealinput during diligence.
LeadCross-Functional global commercial workstream(s) to create
pre-integrationplans and lead the post-close execution
Workwith AbbVie (parent company) Transition Office (ATO) to
ensure a smoothtransition into shared functions
Track,Report, Present to senior management
Support GlobalOperations Innovation, Continuous Improvement:
Developplaybook, tools, and templates to enable Allergan
Aesthetics AllianceManagement, Integration and Divestiture Planning
Developsproject management tools to track key milestones and
monitor synergies tocompletion.
Coachregional and affiliate leads to build integration
capabilities in theorganization.
Contributeto new capability, process, and / or digital
innovation efforts And Contributeto operational excellence
YOU BRING: Bachelor’sdegree in technical, scientific, and / or
Master’sdegree (MS / MBA) in technical, scientific, and / or
Minimum12 years prior experience within the biopharmaceutical,
life sciences, or MedDevice industries
Experiencein M&A, Post-Merger Integration, and / or
significant enterprise-widetransformational projects
Experiencein designing and implementing integration process
design, mechanics andprotocols across a wide range of functions
Strongproject management skills and proven ability to manage the
timelines anddecision making
Strongfunctional / line expertise in Strategy and Operations;
working knowledge ofother corporate functions – Commercial,
R&D, Finance, HR, IT
Abilityto lead in a matrix and work with many diverse internal
and externalstakeholders within Allergan Aesthetics and across
Understandand interpret deal models and valuations
Strongexecutive presence and exceptional oral and written
