The Manager HRBP will design, implement, and support strategies
and programs to enhance the effectiveness of Sr Leaders and
Managers as well as the efficiency and engagement of employees
within assigned client group. The incumbent will serve as a key
partner to leaders and managers and optimize relationships between
associate and manager; linking human resources strategies to
business objectives, working towards an engaged and effective
workforce while ensuring compliance with all labor laws. The
Manager HRBP will consult and advise management on a variety of
topics including both organizational and talent management
solutions, performance management, associate relations, engagement
as well as ensuring proper onboarding and training.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Partner with the VP of Global Marketing, SVP of Legal, and their
leadership teams to build and implement HR strategies that align to
the vision and strategic objectives of the organization globally.
You will also provide HR support for local Business Units and a
segment of Regulatory Affairs.
Specific areas of focus:
Coach and counsel managers on improving leadership efficiency by
creating engaging and motivating work environments.
Advise leaders on talent management and organizational design
Collaborate with clients on internal movement decisions;
transfers, promotions, job enhancements and ensures decisions are
in line with talent and skill gaps, development plans and career
pathing. Ensures that all movement aligns with company leveling
guides and policy.
Assist leaders and teams with defining and developing engagement
Drive and run performance management processes; leading
performance calibration annually, coaching leaders on tough
conversations, co-creating performance improvement plans and
Develop solid workforce planning and headcount management
approaches; inclusive of talent acquisition effectiveness, and
Utilize change management principles to support leaders and
associates going through transitions and changes.
Conduct employee relations investigations and collaborate with
managers and counsel on outcomes and next steps.
Facilitate training and development programs including both
leadership and onboarding courses.
Reports monthly metrics to HR leadership and client leaders,
drives to ensure that countermeasures are in place when not hitting
targets, and drives/participates in problem solving processes as
required to implement counter measures.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BA/BS with 9+ years of HR experience with 3+ years as an HR
Business Partner or MA with 7+ years of experience. Certification a
Required HR experience including recruiting, onboarding,
employee relations coaching, conducting investigations, and
analysis and utilization of data to make recommendations to the
Working knowledge of employment law including Title VII, ADA,
ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA and Workers Compensation is highly
Solid skills in collaborating, contracting, mediating,
negotiating, coaching, and influencing.
Has had experience supporting small to medium scale re-orgs, org
alignment, workforce planning efforts in a global structure.
